EQ Finance is the product of the partnership of two dynamic real estate professionals. With the substantial increases in property values over the years in and around Montreal, as well as the all-the-more stringent banking policies, it became clear to us that the traditional banks could not provide all of the mortgage loans that Montrealers were requesting. EQ Finance was born precisely out of this need: provide property financing to those who could not turn to banks. Now, with interest rates rising since 2021, the role of private lending firms such as EQ Finance has become even more important in the Quebec real estate landscape.

Vincenzo brings vitality, creativity and integrity to the table when taking on EQ’s various real estate loans. Vincenzo began his career in the real estate field in 2009. Boasting excellent negotiation skills, he became a leader in his industry. Years later, he transferred his focus into negotiating competitive rates and conditions for his lending company, EQ Finance.
